How we deliver ordinary pet supplies once an order is confirmed.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us first so we can confirm whether we can arrange it.

Timescales

• Standard UK delivery: typically 2–5 working days after an order is confirmed.
• Larger items such as floor mats may occasionally take a little longer.

Because online checkout is not currently enabled, orders are arranged and confirmed by email or phone before dispatch. No payment is taken through this website.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the order and your location. We confirm any delivery cost with you before an order is finalised, so there are no surprises.

Tracking and receipt

Where a courier provides tracking, we pass the details to you by email. Please check items on arrival and let us know within a reasonable time if anything is missing or damaged.
