Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund and how refunds are processed.

When you can request a refund

  • You change your mind and return an unused item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • An item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
  • We are unable to fulfil a confirmed order.

Condition of returned items

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, in a resaleable condition and with any original tags. Faulty or incorrect items do not need to be unused — please describe the issue when you contact us.

How refunds are made

Because online checkout is not currently enabled and no payment is collected on this website, any order you arrange is settled directly with us. Refunds are issued to the same method used for the original payment for that order. A payment provider is pending for online checkout; we will never charge or refund a card through this site until it is enabled.

Timing

Once we receive and check a returned item, we aim to confirm and process the refund within 14 days. Delivery costs are refunded where required by UK consumer law, for example when the whole order is faulty or cancelled within the statutory period.

Non-refundable situations

  • Items returned after 30 days for change-of-mind reasons.
  • Items damaged through misuse rather than a fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
